Name: Some one call for the (Witch) Doctor?
Type: buff
Description: Jean-Christophe doctors his own body with voodoo magic.
Effect: Increases a chosen stat by 10% for 5 turns
Uses: 2
Cooldown: 5
Name: Deteriorate
Type: nerf
Description: Jean-Christophe doctors his enemy's body with voodoo magic
Effect: Decreases a chosen stat by 10% for 5 turns. Can be applied via Voodoo Doll (see tech for details)
Uses: 2
Cooldown: 5
Name: Voodoo Doll
Type: Misc.
Description: Jean-Christophe turns a blank doll into a magical voodoo doll. He must have organic material (DNA) of his target.
Effect: Voodoo dolls are used to apply certain techs directly to the target. When applied directly, his effects do not allow for dodging or overpowering, but can also be resisted by focus or endurance, whichever is stronger. In addition, their effective focus power is 10% lower than the base stat cap of Jean-Christophe's class (class 1 is -10 for example), making them easier to resist.
Uses: 1
Cooldown: N/A
Name: Plague
Type: Offensive
Description: Causes sores and rot to overcome the victim. Spreads.
Effect: Deals 20% of Jean-Christophe's focus (at the time of use), each round for 5 rounds. Still requires overpowers/resistances to overcome Jean-Christophe's full focus. Anyone that makes physical contact with anyone affected by Plague risks catching the plague. Plague will spread to that victim if the victim's endurance is lower than Jean-Christophe's focus.
Uses: 2
Cooldown: 6
Name: Phantom Grasp
Type: Offensive/multiplier
Description: An attack that can paralyze an opponent.
Effect: 1.2x focus as damage, if Jean-Christophe's focus is greater than the victim's endurance, the opponent is also rooted in place until they spend an action to break free (chosen offensive stat vs. Jean-Christophe's focus).
Uses: 3
Cooldown: 3
Name: Visitation
Type: Offensive
Description: Jean-Christophe marks his victim for death. An otherwordly creature appears next turn and deals 1.5x Jean-Christophe's focus. Trade off: Since the attack isn't immediate, and can be negated by defeating Jean-Christopher before it triggers, I'd like for any overpowers to be directed at the creature created, not Jean-Christophe.
Effect: The actual, in-combat effects of the tech.
